Starting on the 25th of June I will be taking part in the 7 day Monster Triathlon event. Billed as one of the UKs toughest challenges. I will swim 5km in Loch Ness, and if I don't get eaten, cycle 1000km from Loch Ness to Windsor and then on the final day run 50km to the finish in London.

To motivate me to get to the finish line I'm hoping you can sponsor me. I am raising money for the wonderful charity Action for Children who protect and support some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK. So please dig deep, I know I will need to if I'm going to survive this event.
