Our Team Story – London Half Marathon for Young Minds Matter
On 12th April, the three of us — George, Rui, and Victor — will be taking on the London Half Marathon together as a team, from Aston Martin, in support of Young Minds Matter.
We are running not just as colleagues, but as a team united by a shared belief that mental health support for children and young people is more important now than ever. Each of us secured a place through the charity, and together we are raising funds to support their vital work in providing care, guidance, and hope to young people facing mental health challenges.
Training for a half marathon is a demanding personal and physical challenge, especially alongside busy working lives. There are early mornings, tired legs, and moments of doubt — but what keeps us going is knowing that every mile we run can help make a real difference in a young person’s life.
Young Minds Matter plays a crucial role in ensuring that no child feels alone when facing mental health struggles. By supporting this cause, we hope to contribute in a small but meaningful way to a much bigger mission.
Any donation — big or small — would mean a great deal to us. And if you’re unable to donate, simply sharing our page would be hugely appreciated and helps spread awareness.
Thank you so much for your support 🙏
