We are running the Brighton Marathon for Dementia UK.This is a charity very close to our hearts and any support would be greatly appreciated.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care to families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimers disease. They help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them so they have the strength to cope with the bad days, and the energy to enjoy the good days. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems, helping families take back control when they are struggling.

Like you or someone you know, we have both loved and lost some of the most special people in our lives to the cruel disease.

We are both a little nervous but also excited to complete this which will hopefully help to make a difference and raise hope for others.We would appreciate any support and encouragement along the way as it‘s going to be a challenge.
