On Sunday 19th April, Amy, Eden, Charlotte, Beth & Jane are taking on Get Caked at Sledmere House – the mud-filled, obstacle-packed challenge that guarantees bruises, belly laughs, and being absolutely covered head to toe in sludge!

We’re doing it to raise money for M.A.S.H UK (Military Assistance Social Hub), a local charity supporting veterans, serving personnel, and their families across the East Riding of Yorkshire. M.A.S.H provides safe spaces, practical help, emotional support, and a lifeline for those who’ve spent their lives serving our country.
