This year we are raising money for two appeals run by Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity: The Ipswich Cancer Wellbeing & Information Centre and The Staff Wellbeing Appeal.

Ipswich Cancer Wellbeing & Information Centre

(formerly the John Le Vay Cancer Support and Information Centre)

"We know that cancer can affect a person’s life in many ways, including physically, emotionally and financially. Everyone is different and each person reacts differently but you don’t need to cope alone.

Our specially trained team of volunteers and staff are able to help anyone affected by cancer to navigate their journey with help and support, improving their quality of life along the way. When you take action, however small, to improve your wellbeing, it can help you feel more in control of what is happening to you and can."

Staff Wellbeing

"We are dedicated to supporting the long and short-term wellbeing of local NHS staff and volunteers. They are amazing, passionate people who want to ensure they can provide the very best levels of care to their patients at all times. To do this we need your help.

We are encouraging anyone who would like to say thank you to staff and volunteers at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) to consider supporting the Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity Staff Wellbeing Appeal so that we can continue to support staff emotional, physical and financial wellbeing.
