Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. #TALE was created in memory of Adam Lewis, who sadly and suddenly passed away in June 2014 from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome at the age of 24. We raise funds to provision cardiac screening for young people in North West UK, and awareness of SADS in the hope of preventing further young tragedies.

In June this year, some of us (Adams friends) will be taking on 4 rounds of golf in a single day (approx 26 miles) to raise money for TALE. Any help would be massively appreciated.
