We are raising money for two very worthy causes over the next 6 months, Katherine house hospice and Papyrus, both of which are very close to our hearts. We are planning on completing the 4-4-48 challenge in March and the Challenge Roth full distance Triathlon in June. The 4-4-48 challenge comprises of running 4 miles every 4 hours non-stop for 48 hours and we will be attempting it at the beginning of March. The Triathlon will be a 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike and then a 26.2 mile marathon to finish off, which we will be attempting on the 25th June.

Please help us in raising some much needed funds for these two incredible charities - any donation no matter how small or large is greatly received.
