I will be running the Great North Run in September then the Cardiff Half marathon in October 2022 in memory of my Dad Ian and twin daughters Elizabeth and Josephine. We lost Elizabeth and Josephine to Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome after 23 weeks in April 202 and then lost my Dad to Lymphoma 2 months later in June 2021.
