I'm fundraising for Tackle, a charity which uses the power and popularity of football to deliver HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) information and services to young people on football pitches across the continent.

This is my 4th year of doing this and it always a great day out playing football and raising money for a fantastic cause. If you can no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.
