As a lot of you know Clark was recently taken ill and admitted to the countess of Chester. After an MRI he was swiftly transferred to Alder Hey as per their request. They did absolutely everything they could to help Clark get better and find out what was causing his loss of speech and headaches. After 8 nights/9 days there he was discharged pending further investigations.

The Drs, nurses and all staff there were all so welcoming to us. When I saw the advert on Facebook for the Manchester marathon in aid of Alder Hey I couldn’t resist.

Please give anything you can to help this wonderful hospital.

Further to this initial stay in hospital we were back at Alder Hey again in August after a relapse and again they’ve done all they can do to get us some answers.
