This year we will trek the Inca Trail in support of Prostate Cancer UK.

Prostate Cancer UK is leading the fight against prostate cancer. They fund groundbreaking research, drive improvements in treatment, and fight injustice in care. They have set the toughest challenge yet: trying and find a cure to stop prostate cancer being a killer.

This cause is close to our heart at Godfrey Martin Ltd due to one of our Site Manager's victorious battle against prostate cancer and his continued involvement to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.

We will do the Inca Trail in 2 stages, the first trek will be in April when our Marketing and Business Development Manager - Kiki will climb the Inca-paved paths.

The second trek will be in September, when one of our Directors - Anthony Godfrey will overcome the challenges of the ancient Inca roads and will reach the Sun Gate, which overlooks Machu Picchu.

The trail itself is breathtaking, runs 26 miles (42 km) long and will be hiked over 4 days, tucked away in the beautiful Andes mountains in Peru.

Every single step we take, every single pound we raise will be in support of Prostate Cancer UK.
