On your marks, get set, GOVEMBER!

Brought to you by NFU Mutual’s Aspiring Leadership Programme, a virtual 5km challenge will get going in November, to raise money for the following charities:

Mind Your Head (Farm Safety Foundation UK) - an initiative run by the Farm Safety Foundation, which has a direct affiliation with NFU Mutual. It works to increase the awareness of mental health and suicide within the farming industry.

WellChild - a leading children’s charity in the UK, focussing on ensuring children have the best quality care in hospitals and at home. They have directly worked to fight the Covid-19 pandemic by providing PPE to front line workers.

During these difficult times, taking care of our own wellbeing is fundamental. A boost of those feel-good exercise endorphins is perfect for this, so whether you run, walk or even hop, skip and jump - getting moving is the aim of the game.

Taking place throughout November, everyone across NFU Mutual is invited to take part. To do this, please donate what you can either to the Mind Your Head or WellChild pages set up on JustGiving.

There are no expectations, so please go at your own pace and enjoy exercising your right to exercise!
