Their programmes support thousands of children, young people and adults every year and your donation will help them keep changing lives.

Swansea City AFC Foundation is the charitable arm of the football club. It uses the power of the Swans badge as a force for positive change within the local community and is supported in this challenge first team superstar, midfielder Gonçalo Franco.

The Foundation supports people through programmes in education, health and wellbeing, youth engagement and inclusion, with more than 14,000 children, young people and adults benefiting from their programmes every year.
