Team Half Pint who are Mark, Freddie, Mike, James and Chris are raising funds for St Luke's Hospice in recognition of the superb care given to various family members over the last few years. St Luke's needs all the financial and volunteer support it can get in order to provide the holistic end of life care to patients both in the Hospice and in the Community. The Hospice is publicly funded and relies heavily on the generosity of the communities it serves. Your donation of what ever size is greatly valued and matters.
