Several team members at award-winning care provider, Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are taking part in the Trek26 Brecon Beacons challenge, raising money for Alzheimer's Society which supports people living with dementia and their care givers. Whilst the team have completed a number of Trek 26 challenges over previous years, this one is going to be the most challenging yet!
