The Halstead Rockets are taking part in the Colchester half marathon to raise awareness for men’s mental health.We are group of men who meet up a few times a week to run and to talk. It might be a little victory you have experienced or going through a tough time we listen to each other. We realise how important it is to talk and to give yourself time. We are always there to support each other and that is why we are supporting Andysmanclub. We want people to know how important it is to talk and share their thoughts. Andysmanclub have weekly meets around the UK for people who have mental health issues. We want to do our bit to help them do as much good in this world as possible. So please help us and cheer us on in the Colchester half marathon on 16th of March.
