At Hamlets Butchers, we’ve always believed in looking after our community — not just with quality produce, but with genuine care for the people around us. This year, we’re stepping outside the shop and onto the road to take part in the Guild Wheel Walk, all in support of Lancashire Mind.

Every day, we see how important it is to check in on one another. A friendly chat over the counter, a familiar face, a moment of connection — these small things can make a big difference. Mental health affects us all in one way or another, and Lancashire Mind does incredible work to ensure that no one has to face those challenges alone.

So, we’ve decided to put our best foot forward (and probably a few sore ones too!) and take on the Guild Wheel Walk together as a team. It’s not just about the miles — it’s about raising awareness, starting conversations, and helping to fund vital support services for those who need them most.

We’re proud to be doing this as Hamlets Butchers, and even prouder to have the support of our amazing customers, friends, and community behind us.
