The past few months have been tough for everyone but coronavirus has hit people affected by dementia the hardest.

Our team is named in honour of Dad, who had vascular dementia and is literally "Harnam's Family" - we have members of every generation taking part including Ayla on her tricycle. This is also a great way of keeping our communications and support network going as we enter lockdown again.
