Our family is spread across the U.S. - from Los Angeles and Seattle in the west, to Hendersonville, NC and Orlando in the east! 2020 themes seem to revolve around the breath (covid affecting the lungs, George Floyd #icantbreathe, people say they can't breathe in masks, poor air quality because of the wildfires, etc.). That's why from now until September 19th, we have committed to 13 minutes a day of breath work (130 minutes in total, each) in order to raise funds for the organization.
