Earlier this year I told my mum I would run another half marathon for her, but this time I've roped in a little support.....

Helen Fletcher, Kathryn Corbin & myself will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October for MNDA.

The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Everyone was so generous with their donations last year I have reached out once again to see if between the 3 of us we can raise more money for such an amazing cause.

We thank everyone for their support and love over what has been a difficult time for the family over the last few months.
