In 2025, my sister Sophie gave birth to twins Poppy and Arthur prematurely and they died within hours of being born. Both Sophie, and her partner AJ as well as our families were deeply affected by this tragedy.

Footprints provided priceless support to Sophie and AJ during this incredibly difficult time, and have continued to play a vital role in their ability to process their grief whilst ensuring that Poppy & Arthur continue to be remembered by them and both our families.

AJ and I are raising money for Footprints as they are a charity who depends on the kindness of donations in order to provide their invaluable support to other parents who know the unique pain of losing a twin or triplet too early. We are climbing Snowdon via the Llanberis path on 30th May 2026 with several other parents and family members who have been touched by Footprints' support and kindness at a difficult time.
