Henry, Arabella, Izzy & Fergus's Three Peaks Challenge for The Stroke Association

Raising money for Stroke Association

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

We’re taking on one of the UK’s toughest endurance tests: the Three Peaks Challenge. In under 24 hours, we’ll be climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales—Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon—all to raise money for a cause incredibly close to our hearts: The Stroke Association.

Why the Stroke Association? Because strokes affect over 100,000 people in the UK every year, and 15 million globally. They strike suddenly and can change lives in an instant. Some of us have seen the devastating impact strokes can have on loved ones—the physical toll, the emotional strain, and the long road to recovery. The Stroke Association does incredible work supporting survivors and funding life-changing research. We want to help make sure no one has to face stroke alone.

Our goal is simple: to raise as much as we can for this vital charity. But the challenge? Not so simple.

We'll be tackling:

Ben Nevis (Scotland) – the tallest at 1,345m

Scafell Pike (England) – 978m

Snowdon (Wales) – 1,085m

This means no sleep, a lot of miles, aching muscles, and probably a few blisters. But it’s worth every step if it helps someone get the support they need after a stroke.

Your support, donations, and encouragement mean the world to us and will keep us going through the climbs, the weather, and the long drives in between.

If you can, please consider donating. Every pound brings us closer to our fundraising goal and helps the Stroke Association continue their vital work.
