In February 2027, Her Planet Earth will lead an all-female team on an extraordinary expedition across Mongolia’s frozen Lake Khövsgöl, cycling approximately 150 kilometres in extreme winter conditions to raise funds for The Nature Conservancy Mongolia. Our goal is to raise US$50,000 to support community-led conservation, sustainable livelihoods and greater economic opportunities for women and herder families in northern Mongolia. Along the way, we will also spend time with local communities, including Tsaatan reindeer-herding families, learning more about the landscapes they depend on and the challenges they face. Every donation will help support both people and nature in one of Mongolia’s most remarkable and fragile regions.
