On 30th May, Firefighters from across four stations in Hertfordshire, will be taking on the 24hr Treble at Berkhamsted Fire Station. An endurance event of our own creation, consisting of 24hrs across three items of exercise equipment, the rowing machine, treadmill and assault bike. Totalling 72 hrs of exercise across the team.
