We are all taking part in the Thames Hospice Sunflower walk to raise money in memory of our lovely Mum/wife Hilary. The care that she received from the hospice during her final days was exceptional and really helped us all as a family. we want to raise money so that other families can continue to benefit from the Hospice and receive the excellent care we did.
