Celebrate the NHS 75th Birthday by participating in Walk for Wards 2023! Help Heads On raise vital funds for people with mental health problems to help fund special projects, activities and equipment across Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

To celebrate the NHS 75th Birthday, Hillrise Hero's will walk 6.5miles climbing Mount Caburn @ Glynde on the 10th June, to raise funds for Heads on charity @ Sussex Partnership NHS Trust- This money supports much needed projects and awareness for mental health- Supporting positive mental health for all.
