This October Headmasters Epsom is taking on the 90 miles for MIND for something that goes far beyond simply completing the miles.

Mental Health affects so many of us - often people who seem completely fine on the outside. You never really know what someone is carrying behind closed doors, or how much they might be struggling in silence.

We're doing this to help break that silence, raise awareness, and hopefully remind someone that they're not alone and that it's okay to ask for help. Every mile we complete and every donation we raise is for those who are fighting battles that others may never see.
