We are taking part in the challenge this December to understand in a small way what it is like to experience hardship. For four days we will live off the contents of a food parcel and nothing else - we all like to indulge at Christmastime and are expecting this to be eye-opening.

The Food Bank supports about 6,000 families and individuals a year across MK and in 2024 we are seeing more and more that ANYONE could find themselves needing some help at some point.
