We're putting our marriage and our fitness to the test by completing Race the Sun South Downs in April 2026!

We'll be competing against other teams to cycle 31 miles, hike 10 miles and then paddle 2 miles in a dawn-to-dusk race.

It's in aid of Action Medical Research, a children's charity with a 70-year history of funding vital research to help improve outcomes for sick and disabled babies, children and young people.

Every pound we raise will go to their life-changing work. By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.

You'll also be helping to motivate us when our legs are tired, our shoulders are worn out and we're arguing about how many kilometres are in a mile.
