The team at Horatio's Garden Midlands are hoping to cycle - on exercise bikes - 180 miles in one day, the distance from our garden in Oswestry to the original Horatio's Garden envisioned by Horatio Chapple in Salisbury, which opened in 2012.

We'll be taking it in turns - NHS staff, patients and garden volunteers - to see if we can clock up the 180 miles across 3 bikes from 11am-4pm. As well as attempting to achieve the distance we'll be celebrating the benefits of being outside in a beautiful garden, exercising and releasing those feel-good endorphins.
