The Hospital at Home and Urgent Community Response (UCR) teams within Hambleton and Richmond, are proud to be running this year’s Great North Run to raise money for South Tees Hospitals NHS. Every day, we support patients in their own homes—helping to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and giving urgent care where it’s needed most.

Now, we’re going the extra mile—literally!—to support the services, staff, and patients that matter to us all.

By raising funds, we hope to contribute to improvements in patient care, staff wellbeing, and vital equipment that makes a real difference to the community we serve.
