Hello and what are we doing here, no really - what are we doing here!? I'm sure we'll be asking ourselves this very question more than once over the coming months - it's a good job we are a determined, fearless, rather optimistic group of warriors who have joined together and are fully committed to completing this mighty marathon whatever it takes. We will hike to the top of Itford Hill, along the River Cuckmere passing the chalk white horse, eventually hiking all of the Seven Sisters reaching a total elevation of 3165ft. For many it will be their first marathon & hopefully not the last! Yes we're more than a little bit terrified but it's good to step out of your comfort zone once in a while, especially when it's for a good cause no less!

Too many of us have been touched by cancer and Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without our support, they can’t support everyone who needs them and sadly as we well know, there are very many who do.
