At Volunteering Matters we believe that communities have the power, knowledge and energy to improve themselves from within and that we are most effective when we work with people, not on their behalf.

This year, we are focusing on the big and small actions we all take to support in our communities as Our Action Matters.

We are taking on the Edinburgh Kiltwalk this year, as both a personal challenge and to raise money for Volunteering Matters and ProjectScotland, so more volunteers can can feel empowered to support their communities.
