The University of Illinois Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter will be hosting their fourth annual Build-A-Thon Event on Saturday, April 23rd from 10:00 AM to 3:00PM on the South Quad. The Build-a-Thon (BAT) is a one-of-a-kind fundraising and advocacy event. Participants race to raise money that will be matched by a grant from State Farm and used to build a safe, affordable home with a partner family in the Fall semester. On April 23rd, our team will compete against others to build the most wild, innovative, and structurally sound shacks.
