Raising money for AMMF and University College London Hospitals Charity UK

Story

Over 14,000 people every year are treated for cancer at University College Hospital, and this number is rising annually. Our patients come from across the UK though mostly from north London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

University College Hospital aims to ensure that all people with cancer, and their families and carers receive a world-class service from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. To achieve this aim and to support our patients, we have created the University College Hospital Cancer Fund which assists with important areas of work above and beyond what the NHS is able to provide. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A year ago, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and since then life has changed in ways I could never have imagined. Now, I’m taking on a huge challenge: the Chris Hoy Tour de 4 – a 56-mile ride – alongside my dad.

I’m raising money for two causes very close to my heart:

💜 AMMF – the UK’s only charity dedicated to cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). They fund vital research and raise awareness for this rare and devastating disease.

🏥 UCLH Charity – supporting the incredible team at University College London Hospitals, who provide outstanding care, research, and support for patients like me.

This ride isn’t just about the miles – it’s about resilience, hope, and giving back to the charities that are making a real difference. Every donation, no matter the size, will help support life-changing research, care, and support for those facing cancer.

Thank you so much for being part of this journey 💜
