We are a team of professionals from Hyndburn Rural Primary Care Network and we’re gearing up to take on the legendary Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge — and trust us, the word challenge is not to be taken lightly!

It’s going to be tough, steep, relentless, and it will push every one of us to our limits. But as a team, we’ve trained hard for the past six months, and we’re ready to give it everything we’ve got.

We’re taking this on for a cause that truly matters: East Lancashire Hospice.

The hospice provides vital, compassionate care for people living with life‑limiting illnesses, supporting patients and their families with dignity, comfort, and specialist expertise. From pain management and emotional support to end‑of‑life care, their work brings strength, peace, and humanity to people facing the most difficult moments of their lives.

East Lancashire Hospice is a charitable organisation, relying heavily on donations to continue delivering this essential care. Every pound raised helps them support local families when they need it most.

Although this will be a momentous challenge for us, we feel genuinely privileged to be in a position to embrace it. If our effort can help improve the lives of those going through the hardest times of their lives, then every step, every climb, and every aching muscle will be worth it.
