We decided we wanted a challenge and what could be better than climbing 3 mountains in 24 hours!!! We've been training all year and are looking forward to the challenge in just a few weeks time...

We decided we wanted to raise some money at the same time so it's time to ask you to put your hands in your pockets and give some of your hard earned cash to this amazing charity.

Many of you will know that I (Jo) lost my very dear friend Ian Philcox to MND nearly 3 years ago. His life was changed overnight with a devastating diagnosis which he always faced with a smile on his face (and often a beer in his hand!!). We cried and laughed together as he navigated his illness and the increasing incapacity that followed. This warrior lost his battle in January 2022.

These wonderful women have agreed to support this very special charity in honour of this very special man. I know he will be with us every step of the way, willing me on as he did so much in life. He was one of my biggest supporters and I hope we do him proud by both completing the challenge and raising some £££.
