Hi Everyone,

The Austin family have setup a just giving page to raise money for the Hillingdon Hospital Staff. Some of the staff are working such long hours they can't get to a shop at all. Others are sleeping in the Hospital between shifts. The Hillingdon hospital charity are appealing for funds to pass on to the Hospital to use to support these staff at this time. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR NHS STAFF AT THIS TIME, THEY NEED YOU AS MUCH AS YOU NEED THEM.

SO what can you do; using your daily exercise allowance run, ride or walk 5K and make a small donation to our local hospital at this difficult time. Get all of the family involved, our son Freddie run 5K yesterday morning and my husband cycled beside him. We worked out our route using an app.
