Story
Four members of the Stoke Mandeville Intensive care team; Julia from Outreach, Frank from Outreach, Mark nurse from ITU and Fay nurse from ITU are running the London Landmarks half marathon to raise money for the intensive care society. This will be a great opportunity for us all to run a half marathon through the landmarks of London and raise money for the intensive care society!
'The Intensive Care Society is the largest multi-professional intensive care membership organisation in the UK. We welcome doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, occupational therapists, and all other allied healthcare professionals from across the world.
For 50 years we have supported the intensive care community with education, standards, guidance, research, wellbeing support, and much more, to ensure they have all the tools they need to deliver the highest quality of care to the sickest of patients in UK hospitals'.

If you work with anyone of us then by all means stop us and ask how we're getting on with the training!! We've all pledged to raise £320 each and would love to get as close to that amount as possible.
