Myself and Louis are embarking on our next big challenge and this time it's in memory of our friend Ben who very sadly lost his battle to cancer this year.

We met Ben at boot-camp and very quickly warmed to his amazing personality, he was always our biggest supporter and we never failed to have a laugh. When we learned of Ben's diagnosis we couldn't believe it. At Christmas last year, we discussed with Ben, doing an event to raise money on his behalf but unfortunately we never got the chance to finalise the finer details. One thing was for sure though, we were definitely going to keep our promise!

So here we are......... we always knew the event would have to be a big one, something that neither of us have attempted before. No event exists that could even come close to what Ben and his family went through and are still going through today, so we wanted to pick the toughest thing we believed we could complete.

We decided on a 100km Ultra Challenge but this time to complete it within one day, running as much as possible!!

Ben's amazing wife shortlisted 3 charities for us, so we want to raise as much money as possible for all of them. Money cannot be split across multiple charities via JustGiving so please, if you wish to donate, can you donate to the charity that has less donations in order to keep donations as even as possible between the three charities.

We will be taking part in multiple events during our long training process, I will share our training and achievements on social media for those that want to follow.

Lastly, a massive thank you to everyone who has visited our page and an even bigger thank you to those who have donated. Ben was an amazing person and has left a huge hole in many people's lives- including ours so this is the least we can do!
