Ingleton Wood are taking part in the Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon 2020 and fundraising for UK Mens Sheds a great National Charity who raise awareness of the social and health benefits of Men’s Sheds in reducing isolation, loneliness and in empowering local communities. Last year their national survey revealed that 96% of users of Men’s Sheds reported feeling less lonely after joining a local Shed. Amongst the respondents there was a 75% reduction in anxiety and an 89% decrease in depression. 97% said they had made new friends.
