Hello All,

In September 2023, amid the throes of an early life crisis, I spontaneously signed up for an Ironman 70.3 , that's a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run—despite having never done a Triathlon before.

Additionally, this year I was newly admitted to the Worshipful Company of Coopers. The Worshipful Company of Coopers is a historic livery company in London that originally oversaw the cask-making trade, and now raises money for charity through fundraising events, donations, and supporting community initiatives.

These are:

- XLP: A charity dedicated to creating positive futures for young people in inner-city London, providing support and opportunities to help them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

- Spitalfields Crypt Trust: An organization offering practical help, support, and training to people facing homelessness, addiction, and other complex issues. Their work transforms lives, helping individuals rebuild their futures.
