Six teachers from Reed’s School are taking on the 106 km Ultra Marathon Isle of Wight Challenge to support Refuge, a charity helping women and children escape domestic abuse.

Refuge offers life-saving support, including emergency accommodation and the National Domestic Abuse Helpline.

Mr Neat and Mr Nicholl aim to run the distance in 24 hours, while Miss Banks, Miss Pringle, Mr Street and I will complete it over two days.

We’re training hard, and every step we take can help change lives. Any donation, big or small, will support Refuge in helping families find safety and a future free from fear.
