If you know me, you’ll know that as much as I’ve always wanted to, I’ve never been much a of a runner so I figured what better motivation than to raise money for a worthy cause. So me and some of my mates are taking on the 50 miles challenge for October, it might not seem like much… but when you carry the timber and operate the joints that I do, it’s a bit of a mountain! So please, donate and see me over the line and raise awareness and fund vital research into Prostate cancer.

This October, I'm taking on a challenge that's well outside my comfort zone: running 50 miles during the month. I haven't run in years, so this is going to be tough - but I'm doing it with a few mates and we're all in it together to raise money for Prostate Cancer. Every mile we run is a step toward better outcomes for men across the UK, but this challenge is also personal. I've been meaning to get more active for a while now and this felt like the right moment to commit. Running isn't something I particularly enjoy, but it is a way to push myself physically and support my mental health. There's something powerful about setting a goal, sticking to it and doing it for a cause that matters. It won't be easy and I'm sure there'll be plenty of sore legs ahead!
