We have decided to take part in the "3000 squats in November" challenge for a number of reasons, to help raise money and awareness for a great charity, whilst at the same time helping Bekah prepare for a half marathon and Jackie just have a slightly smaller bottom!

On any given day, Refuge supports 6,500 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman escaping violence with the support she needs for her first night in Refuge accommodation. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!
