Myself and my friend Georgia are taking part in Alder Hey Children's Charity takes on Get fit in Feb - 84km. Alder Hey is a hospital very close to my heart, not only do they do so much for so many amazing children but they have also been amazing for my 2 best friends and they're beautiful children Frank and Liam.

My best friend Leah's little boy Frank was diagnosed with SMA in very early stages and spent most of his life within alder hey and they were incredible throughout and still are with the support they give. Frank has been defying the odds ever since and we are all so proud of him. He's a true inspiration!

My other friend Caz's son Liam was diagnosed with Hodkins Lymphoma at the age of 14, we knew he'd smash it and he's now in remission. Not only is this down to his strength but again all thank you to Alder Hey.

So on behalf of my two best friends and their beautiful children I want to just give a little back to Alder Hey. The nurses, doctors and staff their really do deserve every bit of support and thanks from everybody for all that they do. Thank you Alder Hey 🤍
