On 30 October 2020, our beautiful Jamie died at Thames Hospice. The staff looked after us and Jamie with great love and compassion, and did their very best to give him the peaceful, calm ending that he so deserved. The day before he died, they set up their Christmas decorations, so his room overlooked a lit Christmas tree - perfect for a boy who celebrated Christmas every day of the year. They supported us through every stage of his passing and enabled us to travel with him on his final journey. We will always be grateful for that.
