Well here we go again, time to get ready for the Two Castles 10k.

How this tradition evolved from a garden party with fizz and cake to me tackling a 10k run still amazes me! One thing is certain Mum would have found this hilarious as well as being extremely proud

Friends and friendship were so important to Mum so it feels just right that this year my friends Nic and Anne-Marie are running with me

So Team Doreen are ready to get our trainers on and raise as much as we can for Myton
