Break the Silence are an amazing charity who work tirelessly to support survivors of childhood sexual abuse. They have supported me and my family for over 10 years, have literally saved my life and have helped me, and continue to help me to deal with my trauma. Raymond and i are doing the Kiktwalk to try to raise some awareness and to give a little back.
