Hi everyone,

As most of you know, we lost our darling Mum on 8th October 2024 after a long hard year fighting against lung cancer at just 57 years old.

My mum spend her final weeks at Accord Hospice in Paisley where she received the most amazing and compassionate care. The level of care at the Accord is second to none and us as a family will be forever grateful for everything they done for both us and my Mum.

For a bit of background, my mum was diagnosed with lung cancer on her birthday 01/08/23 and fought so hard against it. Jenny undertook some challenging rounds of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy throughout the year and unfortunately time was against us :(

To give back, our Jenny from the block team is back out for our 3rd year of the Kiltwalk to raise some amazing amounts of cash for the most amazing charity.

We are walking THE MIGHTY STRIDE which is 23 miles from Glasgow to Balloch!
